Liv’s facials are the absolute best, have been coming to her for a couple years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is always happy to chat things through before we get into the treatment, which I really appreciate as sometimes my skin can be sensitive when I arrive at the appointment. I recently completed my HydraFacial and BioRePeel training with Skinologists, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
From the moment I booked the course, the whole experience was excellent and incredibly well organised. The pre-study materials were sent out immediately, several weeks before the training date, which gave me plenty of time to prepare. Olivia also checked in regularly beforehand, making sure I had everything I needed and answering any questions I had.
On the day of the training, everything was planned and structured perfectly. The balance between theory, practical training, client treatments, and breaks was spot on. The training was delivered in a professional yet relaxed environment, and I never felt rushed at any stage.
What stood out most was Olivia’s support and knowledge. She was happy to let me film the demonstrations for future reference and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her expertise and passion for what she does really shine through, and she genuinely wants her students to succeed.
Overall, it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. The support before, during, and after the course has been outstanding. I only wish I’d completed more of my previous courses with Skinologists.
